Debra is a founder member of Oriel IPO. Debra started her career working in administration at a solicitors practice, subsequently taking on Operations, business and customer service management roles within the retail, hospitality and IT sectors.

Debra brings to the team a wealth of experience and is highly skilled in managing large and small teams, co-ordinating all aspects of the Company activities including business operations, project management, legal compliance, HR and H&S. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Oriel IPO.
