Patrick is the Managing Director of Newland Estates International, an award-winning ommercial property developer and investor.

Patrick’s early career started in Budapest, working for the JLL retail advisory team for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2001 Patrick founded Newland Estates, a development company responsible for developing and investing across the UK, Europe and Africa. In 2021 in association with

Newland Estates, Patrick was appointed Chief Development Officer on behalf of OTP Bank for Emonika, a 99,000 m2 GLA mixed-use complex.

Patrick is a proven property professional, who has successfully established, developed, managed, and sold property and property companies throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.
